We warrant our hiking buckets to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship by offering the following express warranty in lieu of any other warranties - including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability as well as any other warranties in law or equity. We expressly warrant our hiking buckets to be free of defects in material and workmanship for up to 30 days after delivery.
For warranty claims, please first email us at: help@HikingBucket.com to obtain a warranty return claim number and for instructions on how to ship the defective bucket back to us. The shipping and handling that was paid at the time of purchase is not refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of the hiking bucket, if it is found to have a defect in material or workmanship within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace, at our choice.
For simple returns that are not due to a warranty claim, unused or used but undamaged hiking buckets may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and can only be refunded as a credit to your next hiking bucket purchase. You are responsible for arranging and paying shipping back to us. The shipping and handling that was paid at the time of purchase is not refundable.
