We warrant our hiking buckets to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship by offering the following express warranty in lieu of any other warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability as well as any other warranties in law or equity. Used, undamaged hiking buckets must be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and can only be refunded as a credit to your next hiking bucket purchase. You are responsible for arranging and paying shipping back to us. The shipping and handling that was paid at the time of purchase is not refundable. If the hiking bucket that you return to us is found to be free of defects in material and workmanship, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee when calculating the refund credit.
